Shipping and Delivery Policy

AI Step sells digital courses and learning resources. This page explains how digital access is delivered and what to do if access is delayed.

1. Digital Products Only

AI Step currently sells digital education products such as recorded courses, live workshop access, templates, worksheets, checklists, and related digital learning resources. We do not ship physical products unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise.

2. Delivery Method

Course access, login details, download links, invoices, and session instructions are delivered electronically through email, phone/SMS/WhatsApp communication, learning platform access, or other digital channels connected to your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

For recorded courses and digital resources, access is normally provided instantly after successful payment confirmation. In any case, access will be provided within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation unless the product page states a different timeline.

Course purchases are one-time purchases and not subscriptions unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

For live workshops, joining details are sent before the scheduled session to the email address or phone number used during registration.

4. No Shipping Charges

Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no standard physical shipping charges. Any taxes, platform fees, or course charges will be displayed before checkout.

5. Incorrect Contact Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and phone number during purchase. If you entered incorrect details, contact us immediately at aistep.agency@gmail.com with your payment details so we can assist with access.

6. Delayed Access

If payment is successful but you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID, registered email or phone number, payment date, amount, and transaction reference. We will verify the payment and help restore or issue access.

7. Proof of Delivery

For digital products, proof of delivery may include order confirmation, invoice, course access logs, email delivery records, learning platform access records, session attendance records, or customer confirmation by email/message.

8. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment is pending, failed, or under bank review, digital access may be held until successful payment confirmation is received. Failed or duplicate transaction issues are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If payment is successful but access is not received within 24 hours, customers should contact support with the order reference, registered email or phone number, payment date, and amount.
