1. Business Details
AI Step publishes these terms for its digital products and support operations.
2. Services Offered
We sell digital education products related to AI automation, workflow automation, no-code and low-code automation, and practical business automation tools such as n8n, OpenClaw, and similar software platforms. Products may include recorded courses, live workshops, downloadable templates, implementation checklists, community access, and support resources.
Unless a course page clearly says otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally capable of entering into a contract, and that you will use the course materials only for lawful learning and implementation purposes.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Course prices, taxes, inclusions, access duration, and any discounts will be displayed on the relevant purchase page before payment. Prices are generally displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. AI Step does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or other payment instrument credentials on its own systems.
5. Order Confirmation and Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, we will send an order confirmation and access instructions to the email address or phone number provided during purchase. Digital access is normally delivered instantly and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, unless a product listing states a different delivery timeline.
Course purchases are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions unless a product listing clearly states otherwise. No physical shipping is required for digital course access.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing a correct email address, phone number, billing details, and any information required for course access.
- You must not share paid course access, login credentials, recordings, templates, or downloadable materials with unauthorized users.
- You must not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, or redistribute course materials without written permission from AI Step.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any automation workflow you build complies with applicable laws, platform terms, data protection requirements, and third-party software policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All course videos, lesson notes, templates, checklists, prompts, diagrams, code samples, and other learning materials are owned by AI Step or licensed to AI Step. A purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning or internal business implementation.
8. No Guaranteed Outcome
Our courses are educational resources. We do not guarantee any specific business result, income, ranking, employment result, software compatibility, or automation performance. Outcomes depend on your implementation, tools, business process, data quality, and third-party platform changes.
9. Third-Party Tools
Courses may refer to third-party software, APIs, automation platforms, AI tools, or integrations. Those tools are owned and controlled by their respective providers. Their pricing, availability, policies, API limits, and features may change independently of AI Step.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where approved, are initiated to the original payment method and are not issued in cash.
11. Support and Grievances
For access issues, billing questions, course support, complaints, or grievance requests, contact us at aistep.agency@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge customer support requests within 2 business days.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use our courses, templates, or support channels for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, phishing, credential abuse, unauthorized data scraping, unauthorized access, hacking, malware, deceptive automation, harassment, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Our AI automation education and setup guidance is intended for lawful business productivity, internal workflows, customer support, reporting, and process improvement. We may refuse support or access where we believe the requested use case is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Step will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business loss arising from use of our courses or third-party tools. Our total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
