These terms explain how you may use this website, book a call, and engage with AI Step for AI and agentic automation advisory, workflow design, and implementation support.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a call, communicating with us, or using any service provided by AI Step, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. About AI Step
AI Step provides practical AI automation support for businesses. Services may include discovery calls, workflow review, automation strategy, agentic automation planning, implementation guidance, custom workflow setup, documentation, and ongoing advisory support.
3. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general business and automation awareness. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, cybersecurity, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether any recommendation, tool, workflow, or automation is appropriate for your business.
4. Bookings and Communications
When you book a call or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the issue you want to discuss. We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, calendar invite, or video meeting link in connection with your request.
Free discovery calls are offered at our discretion and may be rescheduled, declined, or cancelled if the request is incomplete, abusive, unlawful, outside our service scope, or not a good fit.
5. Service Scope and Proposals
Any paid engagement, implementation work, or ongoing support will be governed by the written scope, proposal, invoice, or agreement shared with you. The scope may define deliverables, timelines, fees, support limits, third-party tools, responsibilities, and payment terms.
Unless we expressly agree in writing, discussions during a call do not create a guarantee that we will accept a project or deliver a particular automation, result, performance level, revenue outcome, or operational improvement.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to assess or build workflows.
- Ensure that you have the authority to share business data, process information, credentials, and tool access with us.
- Review and approve workflows before using them in live business operations.
- Maintain appropriate backups, access controls, user permissions, and internal approvals.
- Use all automation systems lawfully and in compliance with privacy, consumer protection, employment, platform, and industry rules that apply to your business.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Automation work may involve third-party tools, AI providers, APIs, CRMs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, calendars, payment providers, databases, hosting providers, or other software. These third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may change pricing, limits, features, security rules, API access, or terms without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining your accounts, subscriptions, permissions, credentials, and compliance obligations for third-party services unless a written agreement says otherwise.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use this website, our services, or any automation guidance for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. This includes spam, phishing, credential misuse, unauthorized scraping, fraud, harassment, malware, evasion of platform rules, infringement of third-party rights, or processing data without proper authority.
We may refuse or stop work if we believe a request is unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or likely to harm people, systems, or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, text, layout, visuals, frameworks, documents, templates, prompts, workflows, and other materials created by AI Step are owned by AI Step or licensed to AI Step unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, publish, redistribute, or claim ownership of our materials without written permission.
For paid client work, ownership and usage rights for specific deliverables will follow the written proposal, invoice, or agreement for that project.
10. Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information shared with us as confidential and use it only to assess, provide, improve, or support the requested services. You should not send highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.
11. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
One-on-one consultation calls are paid when the booking page shows a paid offer. The current 20-minute call is priced at Rs. 499 unless the page states otherwise. Other paid services will be priced in a written quote, proposal, invoice, or agreement. You are responsible for paying applicable fees, taxes, payment gateway charges, and any third-party software or subscription costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Call rescheduling and cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Refunds for paid services, if applicable, are handled according to the written proposal, invoice, or applicable refund policy. Custom strategy, consulting, implementation, or completed service work may not be refundable once work has started, unless required by law or agreed in writing.
13. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Automation outcomes depend on your business process, data quality, team adoption, third-party tools, access permissions, operational changes, and external platform behavior. We do not guarantee revenue increases, cost reductions, lead generation results, error-free automation, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every future tool update.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Step will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity damages arising from your use of the website or services. For any paid engagement, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to AI Step for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AI Step harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your unlawful use of automation, your violation of third-party rights, your breach of these terms, or information you provide to us.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes will be handled by courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
