This policy applies only to digital products and online services. There is no physical shipping in this business model.

2. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed based on the service status, delivery status, and applicable law. Completed digital delivery may not qualify for a refund unless required by law or an approved exception.

3. Cancellations

If a service has not started, we will review cancellation requests and respond with the next step as soon as practical.
