1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of AI automation courses, live workshops, recorded training, templates, learning resources, and related digital products sold by AI Step.
2. Cancellation Before Access or Delivery
If you placed an order by mistake and course access has not yet been delivered or activated, you may request cancellation by emailing aistep.agency@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment. If eligible, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
If access has already been issued, cancellation and refund eligibility will be reviewed under the digital course access rules below.
3. Refund Eligibility for Digital Courses
Because digital course access is delivered electronically, refunds are limited after access has been granted. A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- You have not completed a substantial portion of the course. As a guideline, access to more than 20% of the lessons may make the order ineligible for refund.
- You have not downloaded premium templates, private resources, implementation files, certificates, or other downloadable course assets that are marked as non-returnable.
- The request includes the order ID, registered email or phone number, reason for refund, and any relevant screenshots or details.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will normally not be approved in the following cases:
- The course has been substantially accessed, completed, downloaded, or consumed.
- The customer is unable to use a third-party tool because of tool pricing, account restrictions, API changes, geographic limits, or policy changes outside AI Step's control.
- The request is based only on expected business results, income, leads, job outcomes, or automation performance.
- The customer shared course access, violated the terms, misused course materials, or attempted unauthorized redistribution.
- The refund request is made after the stated refund window for that product.
5. Live Workshops and Cohort Sessions
For live workshops, cancellation requests raised at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future batch, depending on seat availability. Requests raised less than 24 hours before the session may not be refundable if the seat, joining link, or preparation material has already been issued.
6. Failed, Duplicate, or Debited Transactions
If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference, date, amount, payment mode, and registered email. We will verify the payment status with our payment service provider.
If the payment is confirmed as failed or duplicate and funds were received by us, we will initiate the refund within 5 to 7 business days after verification. The final credit timeline may depend on the bank, card network, UPI system, wallet, or payment service provider used for the transaction.
For pending payments, course access is delivered only after successful payment confirmation. If the status does not update within 24 hours, contact support with your order reference and contact details.
7. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for online payments.
Once approved, AI Step will initiate the refund within 7 business days. After initiation, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email aistep.agency@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - AI Step" and include:
- Full name
- Registered email address and phone number
- Order ID or invoice number
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund or cancellation
- Relevant screenshots, if any
9. Support and Escalation
We aim to acknowledge refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days. For urgent payment issues, email aistep.agency@gmail.com.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The refund policy applicable to an order will be the policy displayed at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
